Our policy lasts 30 days.

We understand how difficult it can be to choose personal items online. Therefore, all orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days with proof of purchase for a full refund** Damage due to normal wear and tear is not eligible for exchange. Please note that you can return most Hat Galaxy items (unused) to their original packaging. Return shipping is not included. Additional service charges such as shipping and gift wrapping are not refundable.

However, if the return is due to an error on our part (you received the wrong or defective item, etc.), we will also pay for the return shipping. If the item is in stock, we will refund or exchange it upon receipt of the returned item. Please note that after an exchange, the item is not eligible for a refund. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable once sold. Please note that returns and exchanges are not possible in this case. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Return labels are only provided for defective products within the warranty period.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give it to you later, we will refund the gift giver and he will be aware of your return.

Unmarked Returns

To return your product, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange product to reach you may vary. You may use your own shipping method. We strongly recommend using a shipper that provides a tracking number so that you can track your shipment. Be sure to keep this tracking number for your records. ·         Steaming Technique: Gently steam the underside of the brim, flip the hat, and lightly steam the top. Afterwards, place the hat on a clean, flat surface. Use your hands to shape the brim to your desired form. If flattening, press down firmly and allow it to dry flat.
